Meet the team behind this journey
We are growing very fast right now. This is an exciting time, and we need active support as soon as possible! And this is where you come in with your expertise: With your structured way of working, your organizational talent, and your experience in the administrative HR area, you will support us in bringing new colleagues on board and driving existing processes forward to achieve great goals together. You will join an efficient and very well-organized People Operations Service & Support team of seven, which is continuously growing just like the company, and which will realize great projects together with you. As we continue our global expansion, your role will be crucial in ensuring we maintain our high standards and drive success in new markets.
Qualities we look for
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
HR Expertise: Proven track record & In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations, in a international (tech) environment
Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR technology tools
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
